I'm a passionate photographer with a keen eye for detail and design. I think of photography more than capturing the moments; it's about the stories you can tell, the emotions you can spot, and holding on to memories. I dive into every detail of my projects, appreciating the expertise of the art of visual storytelling. I want to capture images that resonate with my clients or viewers. I'm inspired by what this world has to offer and the people who live in it. To me, photography is a lifelong passion I've always wanted to pursue and I am committed to growing as fast as a camera can snap a photo.

As a passionate car, food and nature photographer, I specialise in capturing the quick moments through my lens creating beautiful candid photographs. In addition to my photography work, I enjoy crocheting because it gives me the opportunity to express myself creatively in a different medium and create one-of-a-kind, handmade objects. I’ve taken social media photographs for the Mercury School of Woodwork and for friends.

My passion for art initially drew me to photography to create portraits to paint. After studying film at UCT and refining my creative approach at Vega, I have discovered a profound inspiration from both people and nature. I am captivated by the human form and silent communication between eyes, ambient sounds of nature and light filtering through greenery. My goal is to connect viewers to their own inspiration.

I am currently studying photography and videography, but I travel to various countries to photograph animals, focusing on capturing their essence and beauty. Every trip allows me to capture priceless moments in the great outdoors, from majestic lions in Africa to chameleons in Madagascar. My love of animals and photography inspires me to travel to new places and capture moments that create a feeling with each image.

Photography allows me to express myself creatively by connecting with the world around me. I thrive in natural light settings and enjoy experimenting with portrait, landscape, and food photography. My goal is to create photographs that can resonate with people emotionally.

Growing up in the diverse social scene of Cape Town gave me a curiosity for the human experience and a desire to capture the beauty of raw humanity and its variety of culture, particularly in the context of South Africa, thus finding my niche in two aspects; documentary and events. I aspire to capture each unique story, each culture harmonising with the next, and each individual forming part of our unique country. From the vibrant energy of the farmer’s markets to the colourful chaos of festivals, and unfiltered noise of cultural and sporting events, I thrive on capturing niche cultural perspectives that tell authentic stories.
