• Hybrid: In office Mon-Wed.
• Agreement: Permanent employment with 3-month probation period

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and innovative Conceptual Art Director/Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at Wonder. As an Art Director/Designer, you will lead creative projects from concept through execution, working closely with our clients to translate their brand objectives into compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong conceptual approach, exceptional design skills, and a keen eye for detail, while embodying Wonder’s values of Purpose, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Mastery.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client briefs and marketing objectives.
• Lead the execution of visual design projects across various platforms including digital, print, and experiential.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure creative solutions are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers and external agencies when necessary.
• Present concepts and designs to clients, explaining the rationale behind creative decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects. 
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and creative execution across various media. 
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising principles.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Skills in photography or illustration.
• Skills in Ai.
