Junior Graphic Designer/Creative Assistant

Design and Production:

• Assist in creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, brochures, banners and more.
• Support the development and execution of creative concepts for various projects.
• Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Creative Assistance: 

• Provide administrative support to the creative team, including organising files, managing assets, and maintaining design libraries.
• Help with the creation and editing of multimedia content such as videos, animations, and presentations.

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects. 
• Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to the team.

Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools and software advancements.
• Conduct research on competitors and market trends to gather insights and inspiration for design projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to the creative team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other design software.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A creative portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work is required.
