• Strong knowledge of packaging construction, Temp and Perm POS design
• Strong market and trend related knowledge 
• Introduction to CAD programs 
• A strong understanding of design management systems and studio work flow to drive efficiencies 
• Strong understanding of all printing processes 
• Strong understanding of manufacturing best practices relating to quality checks and high standards of consistency 
• Understanding of the various brand CI’s as well as brand architecture 
• Time management skills. 
• Strong verbal and communications skills 
• Budget Management skills 
• Strong influencing and presentation skills 
• Delivering against demanding deadlines
• Knowledge of all POS design, packaging design, 3D design, graphic design and creative processes.
• Knowledge of conceptualisation and POS/packaging design skills
• High pressure solution solving ability
• Learn from Designers with over a decade experience in design.

Qualifications and Experience

• Software such as 3DS max or similar, such as Blender, Sketchup or Cinema4D (must be willing to learn 3Ds Max if other software is used).
• V-ray renderer or similar
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is very important.
• Knowledge of AI apps and video editing would also help. 
• Creativity and innovation.
• Willingness to learn and be open to healthy criticism will be beneficial to good working relationships.
