Sales Operations Specialists

Torque Media is a niche radio and media specialist providing media services for our clients nationwide across different media platforms, specifically Radio, TV, Print and Digital. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team, learning the different processes from beginning to end. Dealing with various stations across South Africa and assisting with various daily duties.

• Liaise with stations as and when required for information that will assist in proposals, bookings and station information
• Communicating with various stations as and when required to streamline instructions from Torque Media
• Tracking and sending of material for all bookings to the stations
• Chasing stations for log sheets and recordings of generics and live read audios for all completed campaigns
• Load new bookings and amendments on Torque Medias Scheduling and Traffic System
• Ensure contracts are printed timeously and saved on server Book or send contracts to all stations weekly or daily depending on on air dates
• Chase for material and send to stations for the various bookings.
• Listen to the audio ensure that they match to the flighting codes and client instructions
• Keep a track of all flighting codes with the product
• Action change revision with material or pulling of material of air
• Send to station timeously meeting deadlines
• Communicate with stations on late bookings ensure that Torque Media will be able to get clients on air with stations
• Assist with station queries station recons and follow up with stations regarding all bookings and material received timeously
• Assist with general administration as and when required
• Assist with PCAs after every campaign
• Ensure all client invoices matches contracts loaded on Scheduling and Traffic System
• Compile the flighting log sheets for Telmar and Nielsen reports timeously
• Assisting with OBs Interviews
• Activations with stations
• Assist with Proposal documents as and when required
• Send bookings to Afstereo for monitoring following with stations on all ads not flighted
