Graphic Designer

tma is a young and dynamic team that is submerged in everything that is the internet. We drive brand messages through various strategies employed through events, social media and public relations.

• As the graphic designer, you will be responsible for a wide variety of designs on websites, social media and other digital platforms.
• You should be able to bring the brief and concept to life based on the client’s vision and needs.
• You should be experienced in delivering creative ideas and following through to content creation and distribution.
• With direct oversight and support from management, the graphic designer will showcase tma by creating designs aligned with company or client branding and voice.
• You will also be tasked to assist with day-to-day administrative duties as well as day-to-day social media management tasks.
• You will also be expected to fill the role of content creator on occasion.

• Previous graphic design experience.
• Undergraduate degree in graphic design or similar field.
• Ability to adhere to tma branding guidelines.
• Understanding of marketing concepts and design principles.
• Proficiency with Adobe’s suite of products including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency with excel, PowerPoint and google drive.
• Effective communication and management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Driver’s license + own transport
• Undergraduate or post graduate BCom qualification, advantageous but not a must.
• Creativity and innovation.
