Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and create compelling graphic materials tailored to the specific needs of each hotel within the group, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, digital content, and other marketing materials. 
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to conceptualize and implement visual elements of campaigns. 
• Manage the full lifecycle of design projects, from initial concept through production, including selecting paper, overseeing the printing process, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain and update existing marketing materials to ensure continuous brand alignment. 
• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality and timelines are met.
• Assist in the development and refinement of brand guidelines and design standards. 
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss design projects and strategies. 
• Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and techniques relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed.

• Must be willing to work in-office in Camps Bay
• Must be willing to work full time
