Design Intern

What this job involves

• This is an internship for one year with the Project and Development Services team on live projects.
• The work will involve all aspects of services provided but will be working closely with one of the Senior Project / Commercial Managers on a package of works. 
• Minuting meetings and creating agendas. 
• Participate in update meetings, client meetings, designer/contractor meetings, shadows and learning, scheduling, permitting, and workshops. 
• Contribute to the successful execution of other research initiatives as needed.
• Any other task requested by line manager. 
• Producing presentation material, for example Powerpoint presentations, rendered floor plans, short animations - all with a strong focus on the graphic design elements to assist in conveying the concept of the overall design. 

Good working knowledge of the following software:

• Revit 
• Photoshop 
• Enscape
• Sketchup 
• Powerpoint 
• Required qualification: A relevant industry degree/diploma in either architecture, interior design, graphic design or multimedia design.
• Required to work on- site

• A relevant industry degree/diploma in either architecture, interior design, graphic design or multimedia design
• Knowledge and understanding of the engineering/construction industry
