What this job involves
- This is an internship for one year with the Project and Development Services team on live projects.
- The work will involve all aspects of services provided but will be working closely with one of the Senior Project / Commercial Managers on a package of works.
- Minuting meetings and creating agendas.
- Participate in update meetings, client meetings, designer/contractor meetings, shadows and learning, scheduling, permitting, and workshops.
- Contribute to the successful execution of other research initiatives as needed.
- Any other task requested by line manager.
- Producing presentation material, for example Powerpoint presentations, rendered floor plans, short animations - all with a strong focus on the graphic design elements to assist in conveying the concept of the overall design.
Good working knowledge of the following software:
- Revit
- Photoshop
- Enscape
- Sketchup
- Powerpoint
- Required qualification: A relevant industry degree/diploma in either architecture, interior design, graphic design or multimedia design.
- Required to work on- site

- Strong analytical background with attention to detail
- Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks
- Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback
- A relevant industry degree/diploma in either architecture, interior design, graphic design or multimedia design
- Knowledge and understanding of the engineering/construction industry
