DTP design and artwork

We are an event production company.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative briefs.
• Conceptualise, design, and execute various print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, banners, etc.) for marketing purposes.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
• Prepare print-ready files with proper colour profiles, bleeds, and resolution for different printing methods. Stay updated with industry trends, printing technologies, and software to optimize the print production process.
• Review and proofread final designs to ensure accuracy and maintain quality control.
• Communicate with print vendors and oversee the print production process to meet high-quality standards. Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results.
• Provide creative input and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience 1-2 years as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on Design to Print (DTP).
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of print production techniques and requirements.
• Creative flair, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
• Portfolio showcasing previous print design projects.
