- The Designer will be responsible for generating design output across our gaming brands.

Responsibilities:
- Design and concept digital assets for use on our clients websites, social media, and CRM communications
- Work closely with the Social Media team on social content and strategies
- Design and offer creative input for all forms of advertising, both above and below-the-line
- Collaborate with Retention team in the creation of assets for CRM communications
- Take on and actioning feedback from senior creatives and marketers to complete campaigns and creative for all Group projects
- Discuss ideas and present creative concepts to marketing stakeholders
- Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and the highest level of work is produced, striving for continuous improvement and excellence Understand and investigating new methods to develop highly visible creative design solutions
Key requirements:
- Graphic design degree, or relevant qualification
- 1 - 3 years' experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in the sporting or gambling industry
- Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 and up) essential (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Motion/Animation – Video, GIF creation, photography (not essential)
- Understand Social Media trends and platforms
- Active interest in the design and technology sector
- An understanding of UX/UI
- A portfolio to demonstrate the above Interest in sports and/or gaming advantageous
- An understanding of HTML & CSS advantageous
