Job Title: Community Manager
Company: Sneaker LAB Location: 65 Wale Street, Cape Town, 8001.
This role is fully in-office, Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm.

Overview: As the Community Manager at Sneaker LAB, you will support our brand’s marketing efforts across various functions.
Your responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and developing compelling copy. You'll collaborate with the Creative Team on campaigns and assist with styling for photo shoots. Additionally, you will help manage marketing product stock, prepare analytical reports, and coordinate events and sponsorships. Researching influencers for outr each and collaborating with team members for project execution will also be key tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion and sustainability, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage all Sneaker LAB social media platforms.
- Develop, schedule, and edit engaging content across platforms.
- Write compelling copy and communicate brand messages effectively.
Shoot social media content Marketing Support:
- Assist with marketing stock management and fulfilment processes.
- Participate in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of creative projects, collaborations, and campaigns.
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing events.
Creative Team Contribution:
- Collaborate with the Creative Team on concept development and project briefs.
- Source props and assist in styling for photo shoots.
Community Management:
- Prepare and analyze statistics reports and trend analyses to inform marketing strategies.
- Contribute to marketing content creation, including copywriting for blogs, mailers, and presentations.
Project Coordination:
- Aid in the preparation and organization of the marketing calendar.
- Assist with communication and coordination for events, shoots, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate efforts for various projects.
Research and Outreach:
- Conduct research for influencers and events to promote product seeding on a global scale.
- Source props and marketing materials for shoots and events.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of sneaker culture is a plus.
