Running the Social Media division, you will work closely to the Sales Director and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram and understand TikTok platform.
The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging content, running successful ad campaigns, and driving lead generation through social media channels.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our International Brands and target our local audience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for Facebook and Instagram that reflects our brand identity across our various audiences. Create shareable content for our clients.
Ad Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage effective advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase brand awareness, reach, and grow online sales. Monitor ad performance, analyse results, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media. Implement strategies to increase user engagement, followership, and brand loyalty.
Social Media Analytics: Track, measure, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of social media campaigns. Prepare regular reports and provide insights on social media performance to inform future strategies.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify and leverage opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Stay Informed on Trends: Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Emerging platforms to ensure that we remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta and TikTok platforms, including advertising capabilities.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
- Experience in creating and managing successful ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content.
