We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our brand's growth.
Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating various marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.
Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks, including crafting compelling copy, designing visually appealing content, managing social media platforms, collaborating with other companies, and driving improved conversion rates on our e-commerce store in close partnership with our digital marketing agency.
- Create and execute 4-8 email marketing campaigns (mailers) per month, focusing on engaging content and effective messaging.
- Develop and schedule 8-12 social media posts per month across various platforms, aligning with our brand's aesthetics and voice.
- Design 7 paid media advertisements, including copywriting, to support our promotional efforts.
- The ideal candidate must consistently engage in acquiring fresh content from diverse content creators through a range of methods.
- Assist with ad hoc photography and design tasks, contributing to visual assets for marketing materials.
- Continuously analyze and optimize email flows to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with external partners for co-branded collaborations and activations, maximizing brand exposure.
- Work closely with our digital marketing agency to drive improved conversion rates on our ecommerce store through data-driven strategies and optimizations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in copywriting, graphic design, or a related field, ideally within the retail or fashion industry.
- Proficient writing skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing channels. Strong eye for design, demonstrated through a portfolio of previous design work.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
