We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing to join our team.
This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and following up on leads from the CEO and Senior Business Development Managers/Consultants, while also engaging in various marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed in their digital transformation journeys. Will engage in various sales and marketing activities, including developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and enhancing overall business development efforts, while also handling key administrative functions.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, marketing strategies, and outreach.
Follow-Up on Leads: Actively follow up on leads and referrals provided by the CEO and Senior Business Development Managers/Consultants to convert opportunities into business.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, understanding their unique needs and identifying opportunities for tailored services across our subsidiaries.
Sales Activities: Conduct direct outreach, presentations, marketing campaigns, and negotiations to drive revenue growth.
Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, manage schedules, and help create promotional materials.
Market Research: Collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas, particularly within the Fintech, eCommerce, Smart Construction, and Digital Outdoor Media sectors.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase ROCVEST's expertise.
Sales Support: Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective clients and stakeholders, highlighting our specialized knowledge and comprehensive solutions.
Feedback Collection: Gather insights from clients to relay to internal teams, contributing to product development and service improvement.
Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, client interactions, and progress toward goals. Compile comprehensive reports for the CEO as needed.
Meeting Administration: Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute notes to relevant stakeholders.
Invoice Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with audiences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation: Develop written content for blogs, websites, and promotional materials.
Promotions Coordination: Help organize and execute promotional events and activities, ensuring effective brand representation.
Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with clients.
Brand Support: Work with the brand manager to maintain brand consistency and execute marketing initiatives.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to address inquiries and gather insights for marketing efforts.
