Are you starting a marketing career and looking for an opportunity to gain experience before taking on a more challenging role in marketing? In this position, you will be exposed to all aspects of marketing. You will be expected to juggle hats between administrative duties for the team, managing social media accounts, helping develop social content and doing research to support our campaigns. Minimum Requirements:
- Current or recent letter from the tertiary institution, confirming your work experience requirement in weeks/months to obtain your qualification
- Proof of current studentship such as registration confirmation for current year
- Studying towards your Diploma in Marketing or Communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and its Styles; PPT and Excel
- Proficient in Canva
- Proficient in managing Social Media accounts and extracting and analysing reports
- Writing for Social Media
- Good communication, able to develop and deliver clear briefs to agencies
- Disciplined and structured to follow through and execute monthly administrative responsibilities
- Organisational and project management skills to plan and execute events
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides Administrative Support to Marketing and Branding team leads and manages certain administrative functions for the department
- Coordinate and execute Internal Communications
- Research, gather and coordinate suitable content for the content plan and campaigns
- Maintain and update online marketing and social media platforms, engage with communities, compile reports and make recommendations on improvements
- Assist with the development and management of marketing material
