We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Junior Digital / Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid of getting stuck into a high volume of design tasks.
As we shift from a print-heavy department to a digital-first creative team, your main responsibility will be supporting internal teams by executing design briefs across posters, flyers, digital screens, WhatsApp graphics, and social content. But we’re also looking for someone with the technical and creative flair to help bring our digital collateral to life — think animations, edited videos, and scroll-stopping motion design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily design tasks including posters, flyers, in-club screens, and digital assets
- Edit, animate and adapt existing assets for digital use (including social, web, and mobile)
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and internal teams to fulfil brief requirements
- Maintain consistency across all visual content, aligned with brand guidelines
- Work under direction but show initiative in conceptualising and designing when required
- Prepare and deliver finished artwork files for print and digital platforms
- Organise and maintain a clear digital asset library
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a design-related role (agency or in-house)
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or similar
- A portfolio that showcases both static and digital/motion design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- Animation and video editing skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for layout, typography and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Bonus Skills (Not essential but nice to have):
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital design principles
- Experience working on WhatsApp campaigns or digital ad platforms
