- Design and format educational materials such as textbooks, study guides, brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with educators and department leads to understand the objectives and content of various projects and transform them into polished, visually engaging documents.
- Ensure all materials meet institutional branding guidelines and design standards, maintaining consistency across all publications.
- Prepare documents for both print and digital distribution, ensuring they meet technical requirements and quality standards.
- Proofread and review materials to ensure accuracy in grammar, layout, and formatting.
- Convert documents into multiple formats, such as PDFs and web-friendly versions, suitable for a variety of platforms.
- Manage version control and ensure timely delivery of revised and updated materials.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, ask questions, and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Handle multiple projects at once, working efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Desktop Publisher or Graphic Design Role
