Job Specification:
• End-to-end customer mobile app project management and go-between between customer, internal operations, and third-party development company to ensure all deliverables are met.
• End-to-end digital marketing coordinator to create and oversee successful implementation of marketing campaigns B2B and B2C
• New business marketing management and project management – to onboard exciting new products to complement the core company value proposition to customers
• Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels, campaign analysis and tracking and monitoring
• Establish and articulate project scope, strategy, and objectives to internal teams, clients, and production teams
• Manage creative production of marketing assets, oversee graphic design elements, oversee video production, and web development from concept to finished product to marketing • Ability to report to customers and internal operations
•Ability to work in the Adobe Design Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
•Can work with Canva at a high level to create striking collateral as and when needed.
•Be able to work on WordPress for website changes and reporting.
•Can navigate Google Analytics and the Meta Business Suite for monthly reporting needs.
•Create posts, manage social media sites on a daily basis to advertise to new possible clients.
•Be able to present at client meetings upon introducing for instance the Self-Service WhatsApp Solution.
•Ability to schedule meetings and navigate calendars to book events and meetings effectively.
•Manage and update Apple Accounts for current or new mobile apps.
•Ability to work on Microsoft PowerPoint for all presentations.
•Ability to work on and edit PDF in Adobe Acrobat where and if needed.
Responsibilities
• Scoping project requirements.

• Developing strong stakeholder relationships and communication channels between the relevant parties.
• Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status.
• Analysing the success of client campaigns, conducting reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
• Finding opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluating client user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Considering existing applications and evaluating their UX effectiveness.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• User testing of applications, websites and software.
• Close collaboration with marketing teams to incorporate a visual and brand identity into the finished digital product.
• Designing wireframes/user journeys.

•Designing and creating new social media posts as and when needed with the appropriate approval.
•Testing Apps upon completion making sure they are according to the briefs that were given to the developers.
•On a weekly basis provide feedback to the team on any open developments.

About You Your Experience
• 3+ years proven experience working as Digital Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience working with project management software is advantageous.
• Experience managing & setting up Apple Developer & Google Play accounts will be advantageous.
• Experience with mobile application project management (Scoping, testing, managing) is advantageous.
• Experience with managing the production schedule across an entire digital / web development cycle.
• Experience managing large and complex digital projects, mobile and web apps.
• Project experience in reporting and relating documentation.
• Experience managing project roadmaps.
• Effective people leadership and management skills to support an environment for high-functioning, productive and engaged teams to operate.
• Prior experience in the short-term insurance industry / mobile app development / IT industry advantageous
• Willingness to work overtime highly advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capability highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of project management highly advantageous.
