Client Client Relations:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for Clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Support the team in building, maintaining and strengthening Client relationships.
Client Coordination:
- Manages Client communications, prepares reports and presentations, and implements projects per the plan, ensuring effective communication and support for team members.
Brief Management:
- Help gather and clarify Client briefs, ensuring they are detailed and actionable for internal teams.
- Talent Generic Standards Specific Standards
Team Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure Client briefs are executed effectively.
Production Management:
- Manage production and delivery with partners.
Product Communication:
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building. Account Administration: Control Client account administration.
Project Support:
- Help develop and execute Client campaigns, ensuring they meet Client objectives and brand standards.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule.
Effectiveness Measurement:
- Measure the effectiveness of communication activities.
Quality Control:
- Review and proofread materials before they are sent to Clients, ensuring the agency's standards are maintained.
Project Management:
- Apply project management skills and agency systems effectively. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets and billings.
Documentation Management:
- Archive and maintain data folders for easy access and assist in gathering information for brand history files.
Finance Cost Management:
- Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring that work is delivered within financial constraints.
Job Closure and Billing:
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, billing, and invoicing for
Client projects:
- Manage individual jobs for closure and billing, ensuring financial accuracy.
Agency Brand Ambassador:
- Represent the agency and maintain strong relationships. Social; Internal; Client/Supplier.
Sign-off and Approval:
- Timeously raise concerns and ensure sign-off/approval of all job aspects by senior leads
- Brand management or marketing communications qualification.
- Minimum 2+ years in marketing communications role - strategy, research or marketing.
