Duties and Responsibilities expected of candidates:
- Build on and enhance the Digital and Social Media Marketing strategy and translate its essence into the Marketing plan to drive the brand objectives across multiple digital channels of choice.
- Use your own love for social to stay plugged in and advocate for agile and real time concepts to resonate with our various consumer audiences online.
- Head all digital marketing needs to ensure that our digital marketing campaigns run smoothly.
- Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence via our social media, social servicing, and social community marketing functions.
- Socialise and drive all strategic projects to drive digital execution efforts such as search engine optimisation, search engine marketing for the success of the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as the client web team, to design landing pages and optimise user experience when in need. Measure and report on how all digital marketing campaigns perform.
- Assess campaign performance against our brand objectives by using existing digital, social and Brand Health tracker tools for success.
- Build and maintain relationships with consumers and stakeholders to promote optimal benefits of the digital funnel, especially awareness and consideration. Identify growth and development needs and schedule interventions to enable ongoing development, training, and personal growth.
- A motivator of talent, naturally generous with ideas, but has some project management experience is advantageous. Have a Positive Culture towards challenges and work environment.
- Be able to assist in Event and Champagne Marketing Strategies when needed.
- Qualification in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
