Graphic Designer

Lime Light is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually compelling materials that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design & Production:

• Create engaging designs for marketing materials, digital content, social media, and internal communications.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual brand identity. 

Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure design consistency and effective communication.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare files for print and digital production. 

Quality Control:

• Review and refine designs based on feedback. 
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with design principles and current design trends.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong creative and visual communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Portfolio:

• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative projects is highly desirable.
