Graphic designer

Primary Role and responsibilities:

• The Graphic Designer will be in charge of planning, creating and executing Graphic Design for marketing and web design to increase user experience.
• Co-ordinate with the Product Design Team to be informed about product schedules, so they can proactively create marketing materials and implement website updates.
• Be responsible for improving our overall customer experience on our website.
• Ultimately, the Graphic Designer will make sure our marketing materials and website are up to date and effectively efficient.
• Create and execute design content for marketing.
• Develop storyboards that integrate the videography and photography with a cohesive look and feel across all marketing and social media platforms.
• Design marketing material for email newsletters and social media.
• Update website content for new releases & restocks.
• Update website design as needed.
• Help customer service by creating a more user-friendly website experience.
• Work closely with the Design, videography, photographic and Production Teams.
• Help create a cohesive design language from branding, packaging, marketing, website and all online platforms.
• Editing and retouching photos to be delivered by specific deadlines.
• Perform colour correction, compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing and edit in multiple colour profiles.

Secondary roles and responsibilities:

• Assisting Branding department with preparing artwork for dye sublimation, screen printing and vinyl cutting.
• From time to time there will be a need to assist the operators in branding the garments as well.

 Skills required:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic/Digital Design, Animation (a bonus but not essential) or similar fields.
• Must be Proficient in Adobe Suite (Corel is an added bonus)
• High-level Graphic Design skills 
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Basic Web Development knowledge
• Web Design: 2 years (Preferred) HTML5: 2 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite - Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. : 3 years (Preferred)
• Corel Draw: 1 year (preferred)

• They need to have a marketing/advertising background.
