THE POSITION
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will manage development of, and ensure alignment with, Corporate Identity (CI) across all visual elements for all brands within the business in order to drive brand authority. The start date for the position is January 2025.
The Graphic Designer will be required to be the visual brand custodian, must collaborate with the rest of the marketing team, and work independently to conceptualise campaigns for roll-out across different mediums.
The Graphic Designer will bring marketing / business briefs and design concept to life, while keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind. The successful candidate will be exposed to marketing strategy formulation and will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing material that sees the business and marketing requirements come to fruition.
he candidate will work across mediums with a focus on below-the-line and digital media management including website content, and user experience design, social media content creation, implementing communication plans and much more.

Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage development of, and ensure alignment with Corporate Identity (CI) across media, including but not limited to website, brochures, promotional material, newsletters, emails, advertisements etc.
- Conceptualise campaigns for roll-out across different mediums.
- Bringing marketing/business brief and concept to life.
- Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
- Preparing mock ups and presenting before deciding on a final design/concept.
- Create and prepare social media content (organic and paid campaigns) including animated material, with capability to roll out creative across various social platforms.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
- Working with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
- Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to production.
- Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
- Implement/Assist on marketing and business projects from plan to final delivery and reporting on success.
- Work with external agencies (design, development, content and PR, UX, SEO, PPC) to communicate business requirements and drive delivery
- Sourcing relevant stock photography and video for campaigns
- Image and video editing
Admin duties will include:
Setup for social media assets from content team brief
- Project management of creative processes from brief to final delivery
- Document management and control with regular review process
- Ensure non-negotiable compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, and brand requirements
- Work closely with product heads, sales and compliance department
- Liaise with sales branches
- This is a full-time, in-office role.
- Relevant qualification
- Preferably a minimum 2 years’ design experience.
- Ability to work on PC (not mac), and proficient in Adobe Suite.
- Existing portfolio to review Required Skills
