Junior Web Developer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of engaging and intuitive websites, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement website functionality and enhancements.
• Cooperate with designers to convert visual design concepts into fully functional web pages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end technical issues and bugs.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure optimum website functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
• Assist senior developers in maintaining and updating existing websites.
• Provide ongoing support for website maintenance and updates, as needed.

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of responsive web design principles.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
• Past experience or internships in web development is a plus, but not mandatory.
