Project Manager (Digital Services)

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong understanding of design principles to join our team.

This is a permanent role, working directly between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a graphic design background, enabling them to brief the design team effectively, conduct final quality assurance (QA) checks on design and website projects, and ensure that the visual output meets brand standards.

This role offers significant opportunities for growth into senior project management or strategic leadership positions.

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Graphic design background or a strong understanding of design principles (e.g., typography, layout, visual hierarchy).
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA) and communication platforms (Slack, Google Suite).
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency. 
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
