Junior Social Media Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to support our growing social media efforts.

In this role, you’ll help shape and amplify the digital presence of multiple brands across various social platforms.

You’ll have the chance to work closely with senior marketers and learn from industry experts, with a clear path to advance to a leadership role as the Head of Social Media as you grow in experience and responsibility.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social,Metricool).
• Basic knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail. Creativity, resourcefulness, and an ability to think outside the box to engage audiences.

Traits:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Desired but not required:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Experience working in the digital product launch space, particularly MVPs.
