The Role: As a Brand Strategist, you will be at the heart of shaping brand identities, positioning strategies, and campaign ideas. Your role will involve deep research, creative problem-solving, and collaboration with both internal teams and clients to develop innovative strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand strategies
- Develop compelling brand positioning and messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to bring strategies to life
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in various industries
- Present strategic recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
- Support in crafting omnichannel marketing and activation plans
Who You Are:

- Passionate about branding, storytelling, consumer behaviour and shopper marketing
- Experienced in developing marketing strategies (agency experience is a plus!)
What we need from you:
- Matric/Grade 12.
- A degree in marketing, brand strategy, or any related field will be advantageous
- 2-5 years’ experience in brand strategy
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Amazing PowerPoint skills
- Experience leading client meetings.
