We are a dynamic and forward-thinking digital design agency based in South Africa, specializing in delivering creative solutions to a variety of social media clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Admin Team Member to join our in-office team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a creative environment and collaborate closely with designers and account managers to service our client.
The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, contribute to design concepts, and support the overall smooth running of the agency’s operations.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment where your ideas and input are valued.
- You will help in the ideation process for social media clients, ensuring a consistent vision across all designs and campaigns.
- You will work closely with the digital account manager on concept building and ideation as well as the design team, giving direction on creative elements, and help refine and develop content ideas.
- Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to the account manager and generate copy for social media captions.
- Assist in the ideation and development of concepts for various social media clients
- Provide design direction and creative input to the junior designer to ensure alignment with client briefs Generate engaging and relevant copy for social media captions
- Collaborate with the account manager to provide feedback and improve client campaign performance
- Maintain effective communication between design and account manager to ensure project deadlines are met
- Generating reports & community management
Skills and Knowledge:
- To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a mix of creativity and organizational skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a fast-paced team is essential.
- You will also need to have a good understanding of social media trends, design processes, and excellent copywriting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- A strong sense of creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas for social media campaigns
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of current trends
- Basic knowledge of design tools and processes to guide junior designers effectively
- Ability to write compelling and clear social media captions
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams and departments
