We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead Fierce Nature’s online presence, a non-toxic beauty and skincare brand providing tallow-based products.
This role oversees the development and execution of innovative social media marketing strategies that align with the brand’s ethos while driving engagement and sales growth.
The position will manage and populate a content calendar, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets for organic and paid social media touchpoints with the help of a creative team.
This is a remote role for a UK-founded company, with a South African CEO and founder. We now have branches not only in the UK, but UAE, EU and soon USA.
Our starting offer is R15k for this position.
As per specific requirements, the company works via UK hours within a full-time schedule (9-5 weekdays).
Collaboration is key, as the role involves working across departments to support strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, UGC initiatives, and website optimisation.
The manager will also continuously refine digital marketing strategies using data-driven insights to achieve social media-specific metrics and KPIs, including a monthly increase in reach, engagement, following, and link clicks on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other online channels.
This role requires strong leadership, content strategy, and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-impact campaigns, driving measurable growth, and building online communities, as well as an interest in non-toxic skincare.
