Marketing Specialist Junior

Enza Construction is looking to recruit a Marketing Specialist with strong communication skills, to manage its social media campaigns and social events.

• As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating key messages both internally to staff and externally to Clients, and promote a positive image of Enza Construction, coordinating messages going out onto the website, intranet, social media and in print.
• Implement a marketing strategy, with brand and portfolio objectives, strategies and plans in line with the company’s objectives and values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create and produce communications used in support of new programmes and business activities.
• Managing and updating Enza Constructions social media platforms and posts
• Writing and editing Company leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters, websites, and social media content
• Writing and editing Company leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters, websites, and social media content
• Organise and attend events to raise brand awareness
• Coordinate company celebratory events

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• BCom/ BSc in Marketing Management, Strategic Brand Management, Strategic Brand Communication, or relevant field

WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a marketing officer or in a similar role 
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics including communications, digital marketing, advertising, branding,
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Creativity and commercial awareness 
• Industry: Construction is preferred, not compulsory 
• Driver’s license and own vehicle preferable. 
• Ability to work after hours and on the weekend on occasion.
