Marketing Graduate

The Enza Graduate Development Programme is aimed at identifying and developing leadership skills for the construction industry. The programme is aimed specifically at Marketing Graduates in their final year of study. As a new Graduate with Enza Construction you will be working in cross functional teams where you will be required to apply your academic knowledge to operational business needs and requirements.
