We are looking at bringing in young designers into our business, and training them up into Performance Marketing Designers. 

• Hard working and eager to learn
• Work well in a team environment
• Have their own computer and Adobe creative cloud (for the time being)
• Interested in the future of design, and the love for AI
• Able to get themselves to work
