Graphic Designer

• Manage our website to ensure a seamless and appealing user experience.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Operations Manager to enhance the look and feel of our apartments, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
• Oversee the Corporate Identity (CI) to maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.
• Utilise video editing skills to enhance our multimedia content (advantageous).
• Create visually appealing and effective designs for a range of applications, including websites, advertising, brochures, and social media.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand design consistency across touchpoints.
• Work with the Marketing Manager and external partners to conceptualise and create innovative solutions to enhance user experience on digital platforms.
• Demonstrate knowledge of UI principles and trends, plus basic HTML/CSS.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. 
• Present work effectively and engage in constructive feedback sessions.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep the marketing team informed.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Strong command over Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive and proactive personality, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Provide expertise in graphic design principles, digital design tools, and trends.

• Minimum qualification: Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Graphic Design degree or similar qualification.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Video editing skills are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and an excellent eye for design.
• Self-leadership and the ability to take initiative.
