Job Opportunity: Content Creator (Internship)

Location: Randburg/Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa

Capitol Collective, a creative film and photo production company, is looking for a young and enthusiastic junior Content Creator to join our team as an intern!

If you’re passionate about storytelling through visual content, have experience in photography, videography, editing, and love creating for social media, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality content with photography and videography on a regular basis for social media platforms.
• Be able to produce and edit entertaining, educational or captivating photo's and video's in line with our clients needs and branding.
• Willing to learn different camera systems and editing software.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas and trends.
• Visit our office in Blairgowrie, Randburg for post-production editing and gear collection.
• Ensure consistency in quality and adhere to project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software (On mobile and computer systems eg. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop/Lightroom) 
• A solid understanding of social media trends, as well as the different platforms and how they function. - Young, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a creative mindset.
• Must stay in or near the Randburg/Sandton area.
• Reliable transportation (car required).
• Strong organizational and people skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
