We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who also possesses strong graphic design skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both digital marketing and design, with the ability to create visually compelling content that drives engagement and supports our clients’ marketing objectives. You will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies, designing graphics, and ensuring our online presence is dynamic and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve client objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banner ads, email templates, and website visuals.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and infographics that align with branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with copywriters to integrate visual elements into content marketing strategies.
- Develop multimedia content (e.g., videos, animations) to enhance audience engagement.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media accounts by posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social trends.
- Develop social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Client Collaboration:
- Liaise with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Present creative concepts and marketing strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback into final deliverables. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
