About the role: We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, ensuring seamless communication between clients, customers, and internal teams. The successful candidate will handle all call-related responsibilities, maintain up-todate records, and provide administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Management:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Screen calls and ensure they are routed to the appropriate department or individual.
- Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure they are relayed accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow-Ups:
- Follow up on messages to ensure resolutions or feedback is provided.
- Proactively manage any outstanding queries or calls requiring additional attention.
- Administrative Support: o Maintain a log of all calls, including the nature of the call, person responsible, and follow-up actions.
- Keep staff directories and contact information updated for efficient call routing. o Update and maintain any records or logs relevant to calls and inquiries.
Customer Service:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all callers, ensuring a positive impression of the company.

General Office Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings or appointments as required.
- Assist with booking of boardrooms. o Assist with arranging coffee, tea and snacks for important meetings. o Uploading artwork onto digital screens in office.
- Provide support for any other administrative tasks as directed by the management team.

Candidate requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 20 to 27
Qualification:
- A marketing or communications degree will be preferred for growth purposes in the company.
